Disposición del vino
Compartimento superior:
La temperatura se puede regular entre +6 y + 11°C. Este compartimento es ideal para los
vinos que se beben al poco tiempo, especialmente blancos o tintos jóvenes. Las secciones
del compartimento tienen temperaturas diferentes.
Compartimento inferior:
La temperatura se puede regular entre + 12 y + 18°C. Este compartimento es ideal para
conservar y mejorar los vinos tintos o blancos durante largos periodos.
Las temperaturas de este compartimento son adecuadas para conservar vinos añejos y con
cuerpo.
Coloque las botellas acostadas de modo que los tapones no se sequen.
Conserve el vino en la oscuridad. La puerta es de doble vidrio oscuro y anti UV para proteger
el vino de la luz si el frigorífico está en un lugar iluminado.
Evite encender la luz del aparato con demasiada frecuencia y no la deje encendida durante
demasiado tiempo. Los vinos se conservan mejor en la oscuridad.
Manipule las botellas con cuidado para que el vino no se agite.
Preste atención a las recomendaciones y los consejos recibidos en el momento de la compra
o incluidos en la documentación técnica con relación a la calidad, la duración y la tempera-
tura de conservación óptima del vino.
Sugerencias para la conservación
El tiempo de conservación del vino depende del añejamiento, del tipo de uva, del grado al-
cohólico y del porcentaje de fructosa y tanino que contenga. Cuando compre el vino, averi-
güe si es añejo o si mejora con el tiempo.
Temperaturas de almacenamiento recomendadas:
• Para champaña y vinos espumosos, de 6 a 8°C
• Para vinos blancos, de 10 a 12°C
• Para vinos rosados y tintos ligeros, de 12 a 16°C
