Segure a parte da frente da bucha e
abra–a rodando a gola na direcçao
”RELEASE”.
Ao rodar a gola a força de retenção da
bucha desaparece, após 1/4 de volta as
garras de aperto abrem e libertam a
ferramenta.
No caso de tensão forte na bucha sogure
com firmeza a cabeça da bucha com uma
chave bifurcada e liberte a gola à mao com
uma pancada forte.
Antes de efectuar qualquer intervenção na
máquina, tirar a ficha da tomada.
1. Segurar o veio da bucha com chave de
bocas SW17.
2. Inserir a chave de bucha na bucha de
cremalheira. Soltá-la por meio de uma
leve pancada para a esquerda com um
martelo de borracha.
3. A montagem da bucha efectua-se pela
ordem inversa.
A bucha de cremalheira pode levar brocas
ou ”bits” de fenda. Para tal, abrir a bucha
de cremalheira, inserir a ferramenta e
apertar com a chave de bucha.
Para extraír a ferramenta, introduzir a
chave de bucha numa das três furações
na cabeça da bucha, soltando–a (no
sentido contrário ao dos ponteiros do
relógio).
Para furar a profundidade pretendida,
insira o batente de profundidade no
respectivo furo do punho e ajuste-o até à
profundidade de furação requerida.
