Méthode
1. Râper le parmesan dans le hachoir.
2. Ajouter le basilique, les gousses d’ail et les pignons de pin. Hacher et mixer avec le parmesan.
3. Ajouter 1/3 de l’huile d’olive et mixer jusqu’à obtenir un mélange homogène. Ajouter
progressivement le reste de l’huile jusqu’à obtenir une texture crémeuse.
4. Ajouter le sel et le poivre selon le goût.
