Geriebener Parmesan ½ Becher

Zubereitung
1. Parmesan im Zerkleinerer zermahlen.
2. Basilikum, Knoblauchzehen und Pinienkerne hinzugeben. Zusammen mit dem Parmesan zerkleinern
und vermengen.
3. 1/3 des Olivenöls hinzugeben und gleichmäßig vermengen. Schrittweise den Rest des Öls hinzugeben,
bis die Masse eine cremige Konsistenz aufweist.
4. Mit Salz und Pfeer abschmecken.
