Meranie nemrznúcej kvapaliny

1. Nadvihnite kryt prizmy [1] a na povrch prizmy

[2] naneste pomocou priloženej pipety [10]

niekoľko kvapiek chladiacej kvapaliny. Kvapa

linu pritlačením krytu prizmy [1] rovnomerne

rozdeľte.

2. Kryt prizmy [1] zatvorte a okulárom [4] sa

pozrite na stupnicu. Povrch prizmy refrakto

metra [2] pritom nasmerujte proti jasnému

svetelnému zdroju.

3. Otáčaním nastavovacieho krúžka [5] na okulári

[4] zaostrite optiku.

4. Hraničná línia sa na stupnici posúva v závislos-

ti od koncentrácie nemrznúcej kvapaliny. Táto

svetlo-tmavá hranica indikuje na stupnici [B]

pre nemrznúcu kvapalinu priamo bod mrazu

nemrznúcej kvapaliny v °C. Hodnoty ukazujú

nameranú hodnotu propylénu* (G13) a name-

ranú hodnotu etylénu** (G11 / G12). Ak Vám

nie je známe, ktorá nemrznúca kvapalina sa

v chladiacom systéme nachádza, alebo ak sa

jedná o zmes oboch kvapalín, potom použite

vždy stupnicu pre propylén. Len týmto spôso-

bom je možné dostatočne zistiť stav nemrz-

núcej kvapaliny a jej odolnosť proti mrazu.

5. Teplota nemrznúcej kvapaliny nemá vplyv na

nameraný výsledok.

6. Pipetu [10] a refraktometer po ukončení mera

nia dôkladne vyčistite.

* Propylény sa používajú ako nemrznúca zmes prevažne

v Európe.

** Etylény sa používajú ako nemrznúca zmes prevažne

mimo Európy.

Meranie kvapaliny v ostrekovači skla

1. Postup je identický s postupom pri meraní

nemrznúcej kvapaliny.

2. Nameranú hodnotu je možné odčítať na

stupnici pre meranie kvapaliny v ostrekovači

skla [C] v °C, táto udáva orientačnú hodnotu,

pretože zloženie jednotlivých nemrznúcich

kvapalín sa mení.

3. Pipetu [10] a refraktometer po ukončení mera

nia dôkladne vyčistite.
