Visceraal vet is vet gelegen in de buikholte, dat de inwendige
organen omringt. Tot op zekere hoogte, kan het worden toe-
geschreven aan abdominaal vet. Het is niet direct zichtbaar,
maar omvat een deel van de abdominale volume. Dit vet
fungeert als een reserve tijdens voedseltekorten.
BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate / Energieverbruik)
Het Basale Metabolisme (BMR) kenmerkt het energiever-
bruik. Het energieverbruik wordt gebruikt om de hoeveelheid
energie in KCAL te beschrven die het lichaam nodig heeft
per dag in rust, bij een indifferente temperatuur (28-30 °C) en
op een lege maag, voor het behoud van de functionering (bijv.
tijdens het slapen) ervan.

BMI (Body Mass Index)
De Body Mass Index (BMI) verwijst naar het lichaamsgewicht
in verhouding tot de lichaamslengte.
BMI = Gewicht in kg: (lichaamslengte in m x lichaamslengte
in m)
Voorbeeld:
Een vrouw weegt 55 kg en is 1,68 m lang. Haar BMI wordt als
volgt berekend:
55 kg: (1,68 m x 1,68 m) ≈ 19,5 kg/m²
Normaal gewicht
De waarde “kwadraat van de lichaamslengte” is niet in
verhouding tot het lichaamsoppervlak. De BMI is slechts een
ruwe referentiewaarde, omdat het geen rekening houdt met
de bouw en het geslacht van een persoon, noch met de
individuele compositie van het lichaamsgewicht van het vet
en het spierweefsel.

Let erop dat de interpretatie van de BMI overgewicht
indiceert in het geval van zeer gespierde lichamen (bodybuil-
der). De reden hiervoor is dat de ver boven het gemiddelde
spiermassa niet is genomen in de BMI formule.
Foutmeldingen op het scherm
OPMERKING:
Als er een foutmelding op het scherm verschijnt, wacht
dan totdat het apparaat is uitgeschakeld. Schakel het weer
in en begin opnieuw te wegen. Als de foutmelding niet
verdwijnt, haal dan de batterijen gedurende 10 seconden
uit het batterijvak.

komen niet overeen met de meting.
Voer de juiste gebruikersgegevens in.

    CANNOT CONNECT WITH BLUETOOTH. I DO NOT HAVE THE QR CODE OF THE SCALE. IN THE APP "AEG CARE" THERE IS ONLY WASHING MACHINE AND DRYER TO BE CONNECTED.
