Limpieza
IMPORTANTE: Para las mejores prestaciones, mantener el
alojamiento de la máquina quitanieves libre de toda sucie-
dad o basura. Limpiar el exterior de la máquina quitanieves
después de cada uso.
ATENCIÓN: Desconectar el cable de la bujía de en-
cendido y ponerlo donde no pueda entrar en contacto
con la bujía de encendido.
• Mantener las superfi cies/ruedas pulidas libres de gasolina,
aceite, etc.
• No recomendamos usar una manguera para limpiar su
máquina quitanieves a no ser que se cubran el sistema
eléctrico, el tubo de escape y el carburador para que el
agua no entre. La presencia de agua en el motor puede
acortar la vida del motor.
Schoonmaak
BELANGRIJK: Voor het beste resultaat, houd de sneeu-
wruimer vrij van vuil of afval. Maak de buitenkant van uw
sneeuwruimer na elk gebruik schoon.
WAARSCHUWING: Ontkoppel de ontstekingskabel
van de ontstekingsbougie en leg de kabel op een
plaats zodat hij niet per ongeluk in contact kan ko-
men met de bougie.
• Hou voltooide oppervlakken / wielen vrij van benzine,
olie, etc.
• We raden u af de sneeuwruimer met een tuinslang schoon
te maken, tenzij het elektrische systeem, de knaldemper
en carburator waterdicht worden verpakt. Water in de motor
kan de levensduur van de motor aanzienlijk verkorten.

Dopo ogni impiego, pulire l’esterno dello spazzaneve.
ATTENZIONE: staccare il fi lo della candela e riporlo
lontano dalla candela stessa in modo da evitarne il
contatto.
• Le superfi ci rifi nite vanno tenute pulite da eventuali tracce
di benzina, olio, etc.
• Consigliamo di non utilizzare le normali manichette per
l’irrigazione dei giardini per effettuare la pulizia dello spaz-
zaneve, a meno che il sistema elettrico, il silenziatore
ed il carburatore non siano coperti per evitare il contatto
con l’acqua. Eventuali infi ltrazioni di acqua nel motore
possono ridurne la vita tecnica.
Cleaning
IMPORTANT: For best performance, keep snow thrower
housing free of any dirt or trash. Clean the outside of your
snow thrower after each use.
WARNING: Disconnect spark plug wire from spark
plug and place wire where it cannot come in contact
with spark plug.
• Keep fi nished surfaces/wheels free of gasoline, oil, etc.
• We do not recommend using a garden hose to clean
your snow thrower unless the electrical system, muffl er
and carburetor are covered to keep water out. Water in
engine can result in short ened engine life.
Reinigung
WICHTIG: Um optimale Leistung zu gewährleisten, sorgen
Sie dafür, dass das Gehäuse der Schneefräse frei von Sch-
mutz oder Abfällen bleibt. Reinigen Sie die Außenseite Ihrer
Schneefräse nach jedem Gebrauch.
WARNUNG: Entfernen Sie das Zündkabel von der
Zündkerze und halten Sie es von der Zündkerze
fern.
• Halten Sie lackierte Oberfl ächen/Radkappen frei von
Benzin, Öl, usw.
• Die Verwendung eines Gartenschlauches zur Reinigung
der Schneefräse ist nicht empfehlenswert, es sei denn
die Elektronik, der Schalldämpfer und der Vergaser sind
so abgedeckt, dass kein Wasser hineingelangen kann.
Wasser im Motor kann die Lebensdauer des Motors
verkürzen.
Nettoyage
IMPORTANT: Pour un meilleur fonctionnement, gardez le
logement de la souffl euse libre de poussières ou déchets.
Nettoyez la partie externe de votre souffl euse après chaque
utilisation.
AVERTISSEMENT: Débranchez le câble de bougie et
placez le câble où il ne peut être en contact avec la
bougie d’allumage.
• Gardez les surfaces de fi nition libre de toute essence,
huile, etc.
• Nous ne recommandons pas l’utilisation d’un tuyau
d’arrosage pour nettoyer votre souffl euse à moins que
le système électrique, silencieux ou carburateur soient
couverts pour prévenir l’eau d’y entrer. L’eau dans le
moteur peut raccourcir la durée de vie de l’appareil.
WARNING: To avoid serious injury, before per form ing
any service or adjustments:
1. Be sure throttle is in STOP position.
2. Remove safety ignition key.
3. Make sure the augers and all moving parts have
completely stopped.
4. Disconnect wire from spark plug and place wire
where it cannot come in con tact with plug.
Snow thrower
To adjust snow thrower height
See “TO ADJUST SKID PLATES” and “SCRAPER BAR” in
the Operation section of this manual.
Chute defl ector
The chute defl ector, attached to the top of the dis charge chute,
is provided to direct discharging snow away from the operator.
If the defl ector becomes damaged, it should be replaced.
WARNING: To avoid serious injury, never operate
your snow thrower with the de fl ec tor removed or
damaged.
• To change direction and/or distance snow is discharged,
see “TO CONTROL SNOW DISCHARGE” in the Op er a tion
section of this manual.
WARNUNG: Um ernsthaften Verletzungen vorzubeu-
gen, sollte Folgendes vor jeder Wartung oder Einstel-
lung beachtet werden:
1. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Gashebel auf Po si tion
“STOP” steht.
2. Ziehen Sie den Sicherheitszündschlüssel ab.
3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Einzugsschnecken
und sämtliche bewegliche Teile zu völligem Still-
stand gekommen sind.
4. Entfernen Sie das Zündkabel von der Zündkerze
und halten Sie es von der Zündkerze fern.
