Installez le sac de lest (accessorie)
Bien que rarement demandé, le sac de lest (A) réduira la
tendance de la vis sans fi n à remonter sur les sur les pentes
de dérivation gelées et dures. Si les conditions le requièrent,
installez-le de la manière suivante:
1. Éteignez le moteur et attendez que toutes les parties
mobiles s’éteignent.
2. Remplissez le sac de lest (A) avec la quantité de sable
désiré.
3. Placez le sac de lest en haut du carter de la vis sans fi n
(B) avec les pinces de montage (C) à la partie antérieure
du carter de la vis sans fi n tel qu’illustré.
4. Insérez le sac de lest entre le carter de la vis sans fi n et
la barre (D) de la pince de montage tel qu’indiqué et fi xez
à l’aide de vis à tête (E). Serrez solidement.
IMPORTANT: Montez le sac de lest dans un lieu qui ne couvre
pas les décalques d’avertissement sur le haut du carter de
la vis sans fi n.
Montar el saco de lastre (accesorio)
Aunque raramente se necesite, el saco de lastre (A) reduce
la tendencia del alojamiento de la barrena a subirse sobre
cúmulos duros y helados. Si las condiciones lo requieren,
instálese como sigue:
1. Apagar el motor y esperar a que todas las partes en
movimiento se hayan parado.
2. Llenar el saco de lastre (A) con la cantidad deseada de
arena.
3. Colocar el saco de lastre sobre el alojamiento (B) de la
barrena con un collar de montaje (C) en el borde frontal
del alojamiento de la barrena, como mostrado.
4. Colocar el saco de lastre entre el alojamiento de la bar-
rena y la barra (D) del collar de montaje como mostrado y
fi jar con tornillos de caperuza (E). Apretar fi rmemente.
IMPORTANTE: Montar el saco de lastre en una posición que
no cubra las calcomanías de aviso sobre el alojamiento de
la barrena.
Install weight bag (accessory)
Though seldom required, the weight bag (A) will reduce the tendency of
the auger housing to ride up on hard, icy drifts. Should conditions require
it, install as follows:
1. Shut off engine and wait for all moving parts to stop.
2. Fill weight bag (A) with desired amount of sand.
3. Place weight bag on top of auger housing (B) with mounting clamp
(C) at front edge of auger housing as shown.
4. Insert weight bag between the auger housing and the bar (D) of the
mounting clamp as shown and secure with the capscrews (E). Tighten
securely.
IMPORTANT: Mount the weight bag in a location which does not cover the
warning decals on top of the auger housing.
Installation des sandsacks (zubehörteile)
Obschon er selten verwendent werden muss, sorgt der Sandsack (A) dafür,
dass das Einzugsschneckengehäuse auf harten, vereisten Schneeverwehu-
ngen weniger leicht hochrutscht. Installieren Sie ihn bei Bedarf wie folgt:
1. Stellen Sie den Motor ab und warten Sie, bis alle beweglichen Teile
stillstehen.
2. Füllen Sie den Sandsack (A) mit der gewünschten Menge Sand.

Het installeren van de gewichtszak
(onderdelen)
Hoewel het zelden nodig is, reduceert de gewichtszak (A)
de neiging van de boormantel op harde, ijzige massa’s te
verlopen. Als de omstandigheden het vereisen, plaats de
zak als volgt:
1. Zet de motor uit en wacht tot alle roterende onderdelen
stilstaan.
2. Vul de gewichtszak (A) met de gewenste hoeveelheid zand.
3. Plaats de gewichtszak boven op de boormantel (B) met
bevestigingsbeugel (C) aan de voorkant van de boormantel
zoals getoond.
4. Plaats de gewichtszak tussen de boormantel en staaf (D)
van de bevestigingsbeugel zoals getoond, en plaats de
tapbouten (E). Maak stevig vast.
BELANGRIJK: Monteer de gewichtszak op zo’n plaats, dat
de waarschuwingen op de bovenkant van de boormantel nog
zichtbaar zijn.
Montaggio del sacco di contrappeso
(accessori)
Anche se raramente richiesto, il sacco di contrappeso (A)
riduce la tendenza della cassa della coclea ad impennarsi su
superfi ci diffi cili e ghiacciate. Se le condizioni del terreno lo
richiedono, montatelo pro ce den do nel seguente modo:
1. Spegnere il motore ed attendere l’arresto di tutte le parti
mobili.
2. Riempire il sacco di contrappeso (A) con la quantità di
sabbia che si desidera.
3. Collocare il sacco di contrappeso sopra la cassa della
coclea (B) tenendolo fermo con un morsetto (C) sul bordo
anteriore della cassa.
4. Inserire il sacco di contrappeso tra la cassa della coclea
e la barra (D) del morsetto di fi ssaggio e bloccare con
viti (E). Stringere bene.
IMPORTANTE: Sistemare il sacco di contrappeso in modo
che non copra le avvertenze stampate sulla parte superiore
della cassa della coclea.
3. Setzen Sie den Sandsack vorne oben auf das Einzugsschneckengehäuse (B) auf, mit den Aufhängungsklammern (C) am vorderen
Rand des Einzugsschneckengehäuses aufl iegend wie abgebildet.
4. Setzen Sie den Sandsack zwischen dem Einzugschneckengehäuse und der Stange (D) zwischen den Aufhängungsklammern ein
wie abgebildet, und sichern Sie die Aufhängung mit den Sechskantschrauben (E). Ziehen Sie sie fest an.
WICHTIG: Befestigen Sie den Sandsack so, dass er die Warnhinweisschilder auf dem Einzugsschneckengehäuse nicht verdeckt.
