Die Angaben in den folgenden Tabellen sind Richtgrößen. Welche
Schalterstellung für Kochvorgänge erforderlich ist, hängt von der Qua-
lität der Töpfe und von der Art und Menge der Lebensmittel ab.

zu stellen und Speisen mit einer längeren Garzeit anschließend auf der
