PNEUMATIC 5000 E
Desconecte siempre el enchufe antes de llevar a cabo cualquier trabajo en la
máquina.
En el portabrocas de percusión se pueden instalar los útiles de trabajo usando el
vástago SDS–max:
- Broca para hormigón y mampostería
- Cincel puntiagudo, Cincel plano. Cincel hueco.
Use sólo útiles con vástago SDS–max!
1. Limpie y engrase el vástago del útil.
2. Empuje el útil hasta el tope haciéndolo
girar ligeramente, el portabrocas se cierra
automáticamente.
3. Compruebe que el útil está bloqueado
adecuadamente en su posición. Debe ser
posible moverlo aproximadamente 10 mm
en sentido longitudinal.
1. Tire del anillo hacia atrás en la dirección
de la flecha y desmonte el útil.
Una vez insertada la herramienta
deseada, se puede seleccionar la función
adecuada con el conmutador de función:
giro (brocas SDS-MAX) o sin giro
(Cinceles SDS-MAX).
Para ello elegir la correspondiente
posición en el conmutador.

En ”posición de ajuste” el cincel se puede girar a mano al ángulo requerido.
Después, bloquee el eje con el selector de velocidad mientras hace girar el cincel
ligeramente hacia adelante y hacia atrás.
Para un ajusteóptimo del útil de trabajo, gire ligeramente el mismo antes de
proceder al bloqueo/fijación.
Conmute sólo cuando la máquina esté parada.
En las primeras horas de uso de la máquina, funcionando en vacío, i aunque esté
seleccionada la percusión, ésta ocasionalmente no se activa. NO ES NINGUNA
AVERIA. Para activar nuevamente el sistema neumatico de percusión bastará
presionar la broca o cincel contra el matarial a perforar y automaticamente
empieza a percutir. Despues continue trabajando con ligera presión sobre la
máquina.
