6.3 Rezepte für Garautomatik
1. Abwechselnd Fleisch und Gemüse
auf 4 Holzspieße stecken.
2. Das Öl mit den Gewürzen mischen
und die Spieße damit bepinseln.
3. Die Spieße auf den Rost legen und
auf autokoch für “Grillspiesse“ garen.
Grillspiesse
4 Spieße
400 g Schweineschnitzel
100 g Schinkenspeck
100 g Zwiebeln, geviertelt
250 g Tomaten, geviertelt
100 g grüne Paprikaschote, geachtelt
2 EL Öl
4 TL Paprika, edelsüss
Salz
1 TL Cayennepfeffer
1 TL Worcestersauce
1. Den Fisch waschen und abtrocknen,
mit Zitronensaft beträufeln, salzen
und mit Anchovis-Butter einreiben.
2. In eine Auflaufform geben.
3. Den Gouda auf dem Fisch verteilen.
4. Die Tomaten auf den Käse legen.
5. Mit Salz, Pfeffer und gemischten
Kräuternrzen.
6. Mozarellakäse abtropfen lassen, in
Scheiben schneiden und auf die
Tomaten geben. Mit Basilikum
bestreuen.
7. Die Auflaufform auf den niedrigen
Rost stellen und mit autokochr
“Gratiniertes Fischfilet“ garen.
8. Nach dem Garen ca. 5 Minuten
stehen lassen.

200 g 430 g 630 g Fischfilet
½ EL 1 EL 1½ EL Zitronensaft
½ EL 1 EL 1½ EL Anchovis-Butter
30 g 50 g 80 g Gouda
(geriebenen)
Salz und Pfeffer
150 g 300 g 450 g frische Tomaten
1 EL 1½ EL 2 EL gehackte
gemischte Kräuter
100 g 180 g 280 g Mozarellakäse
½ EL 3/4 EL 1 EL gehacktes
Basilikum
