Gevulde aardappelen
1. Prik gaatjes in de aardappelen en leg ze in de schaal,
voeg het water toe, dek ze af en kook ze.
Draai de aardappelen tijdens het koken eenmaal om.
8-10 min. 800 W
Laat afkoelen.
2. Halveer de aardappelen in de lengte en hol ze
voorzichtig uit. Meng de aardappel met de ham, ui,
melk en Parmezaanse kaas en roer dit tot een glad
mengsel. Voeg naar smaak peper en zout toe.
3. Vul de uitgeholde aardappelen met het mengsel,
strooi er de Emmentaler kaas over, plaats in de
platte schaal en laat koken.
4-6 min. 800 W
Laat het gerecht na het koken ca. 2 minuten staan.
Servies Kom met deksel (inhoud 2 l)
Platte schaal
4 middelgrote aardappelen (400 gr)
100 ml water
60g ham, in kleine blokjes
25 g ui, fijngehakt
75-100 ml melk
20 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
zout & peper
20 g Emmentaler kaas, geraspt
Peren in chocoladesaus
1. Doe de suiker, vanillesuiker, perenlikeur en het water
in de kom, roer, dek af en kook.
1-2 min. 800 W
2. Doe de peren in het sap, dek af en kook.
9-11 min. 800 W
Neem de peren uit het kookvocht en zet de peren in
de koelkast.
3. Giet 50 ml van het kookvocht in de kleinere kom.
Voeg de chocolade en crème fraîche toe, dek af en
kook.
2-3 min. 800 W
4. Roer de saus goed door, giet het over de peren en
serveer.

10 g zakje vanillesuiker
1 el perenlikeur
150 ml water
130 g pure chocolade
100 g crème fraiche
