Lasagne al forno
1. Snij de tomaten in kleine stukjes, meng met de
ham, ui, knoflook, gehakt en tomatenpuree.
Op smaak brengen, afdekken en koken.
5-8 min. 900 W
2. Meng de crème frche met de melk,
Parmezaanse kaas, kruiden, olie en specerijen.
3. Vet de schaal in en leg 1/3 van de
lasagnebladen op de bodem. Leg de helft van
het gehaktmengsel op de pasta en giet hier
wat saus over. Herhaal dit en zorg dat de
laatste laag de resterende pasta is. Giet de
saus over de pasta en bestrooi met
Parmezaanse kaas. Kook het gerecht met
gesloten deksel.
13-17 min. 630 W
Na afloop van de kooktijd ca. 5 -10 minuten
laten nagaren.

Ondiepe, vierkante schaal met
deksel (ca. 20 x 20 x 6 cm)
Peren in chocoladesaus
1. Suiker, vanillesuiker, likeur en water in de schaal
doen.Omroeren en verwarmen.

2. Peren in de vloeistof zetten, afdekken en koken.
5-8 min. 900 W
Peren uit de schaal nemen en laten afkoelen.
3. 50 ml sap in de kleine schaal doen en crème
fraiche en chocolade toevoegen. Afdekken en
verwarmen.

4. De saus goed omroeren en over de peren gieten.

20 g boter of margarine
50 g ui, fijngehakt
200 g risotto rijst (Arboris)
400 ml vleesbouillon
70 g Emmenthaler kaas
snufje saffraan
zout en peper
1. Vet de schaal in. Leg de uien en bacon in de
schaal, dek af en kook.
2-3 min. 900 W
2. Voeg de rijst en vleesbouillon toe en kook.
3-5 min. 900 W
15-17 min. 270 W
Na afloop van de kooktijd ca. 5 minuten
laten nagaren.
3. Meng de kaas met de saffraan in de rijst en
breng op smaak.

1 teentje knoflook, geperst
250 g gehakt
2 el tomatenpuree
zout met peper
150 ml crème fraiche
100 ml melk
50 g Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt

1 tl olijfolie
1 tl plantaardige olie om de schaal in te
vetten
125 g groene lasagne
1 el Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt
