Fehlerursachen und -behebung
Bevor Sie das Gerät an den Kundendienst einschicken, überprüfen Sie anhand der folgenden Tabelle, ob Sie den Fehler
selbst beseitigen können.
Sollten Sie dennoch das Problem nicht beheben können, rufen Sie bitte zunächst die untenstehende Hotline an.

Fehler Mögliche Ursache Lösung
Gerät lässt sich nicht
einschalten.
Der Netzstecker ist nicht eingesteckt. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.
Steckdose liefert keine Spannung. Überprüfen Sie die Haussicherungen.
Kein Ton
Die Lautstärke steht auf Minimum. Heben Sie die Lautstärke an.
Der Ton ist ausgeschaltet.
Drücken Sie die Taste MUTE (41) auf der Fern-
bedienung, um den Ton wieder einzuschalten.
Die Lautsprecher sind nicht korrekt
angeschlossen.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Lautsprecher am
Anschluss (28) angeschlossen sind.
Eingelegte CD wird nicht
erkannt.
Die CD ist verkehrt herum eingelegt
worden.
Legen Sie die CD mit der Beschriftung nach
vorne ein.
Die CD ist verschmutzt oder defekt.
Säubern Sie die CD oder legen Sie eine andere
CD ein.
Das Format der CD wird vom Gerät
nicht unterstützt.
Legen Sie eine andere CD ein.
Fehler bei selbstgebrannter CD.
Überprüfen Sie die selbstgebrannte CD in
einem anderen Abspielgerät.
Fernbedienung funktio-
niert nicht.
Der Abstand zwischen Fernbedienung
und Gerät ist zu groß.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Fernbedienung nicht
weiter als 5 Meter vom Gerät entfernt ist.
Batterien leer Wechseln Sie die Batterien der Fernbedienung.
