Nastavte teplotu. Druh funkcie parného ohrevu závisí od nastavenej teploty.
Para na parnú prípravu
50 – 100 °C
Na parné pečenie zeleniny, obilnín, strukovín, mor‐
ských plodov, terín a dezertov.
Para na dusenie
105 – 130 °C
Na prípravu duseného mäsa alebo rýb, chleba a hy‐
diny, ako aj tvarohových koláčov a dusených po‐
krmov.
Para na chrumkavú kôrku
135 – 150 °C
Na mäso, dusené pokrmy, plnenú zeleninu, ryby a
gratinované pokrmy. Vďaka kombinácii pary a tepla
získa mäso šťavnatú a jemnú textúru a zároveň
chrumkavý povrch.
Ak nastavíte časovač, počas posledných minút pro‐
cesu prípravy sa automaticky zapne funkcia grilu,
aby bol pokrm mierne gratinovaný.
Para na pečenie
155 – 230 °C
Pre pečené a zapekané pokrmy, mäso, ryby, hydinu,
pečivo z lístkového cesta, tortičky, muffiny, gratinova‐
né pokrmy, zeleninu a pekárenské výrobky.
Ak nastavíte časovač a vložíte jedlo do prvej úrovne,
počas posledných minút procesu prípravy sa auto‐
maticky zapne funkcia dolného ohrevu, aby mal po‐
krm chrumkavý povrch.

Zatlačením na kryt otvorte zásuvku na vodu a vyberte ju.

Zásuvku na vodu naplňte studenou vodou po maximálnu úroveň (približne 950 ml).
Množstvo vody postačuje približne na 50 minút.
VAROVANIE!
Používajte iba studenú vodu z vodovodu. Nepoužívajte filtrovanú
(demineralizovanú) alebo destilovanú vodu. Nepoužívajte iné tekuti‐
ny. Do zásuvky na vodu nelejte horľavé kvapaliny ani kvapaliny s ob‐
sahom alkoholu.
Použite mierku na zásuvke na vodu.

V prípade potreby utrite vonkajšok zásuvky na vodu jemnou handričkou. Zásuvku na
vodu zasuňte do jej pôvodnej polohy.

Približne po 2 minútach sa objaví para. Keď dosiahne rúra nastavenú teplotu, zaznie
zvukový signál.
