Modo de empleo
La mantequilla debe estar blanda y no dura. Remueva la mantequilla blanda con azúcar hasta que esté cremosa.
Añada los huevos uno tras otro. Mientras remueve, añada la mata agria y el azúcar de vainilla. Por último, remueva en la
mezcla la harina con el bicarbonato.
Nota: utilice el utensilio SoftEdgeBeater™* para obtener resultados cremosos.

Derrita las pepitas de chocolate al baño maría; remueva hasta que no haya grumos. Reserve aparte; deje enfriar du-
rante 15 minutos. Se recomienda utilizar el utensilio SoftEdgeBeater™* en lugar del batidor plano recubierto. En un bol
grande, bata la mantequilla hasta que esté cremosa. Añada poco a poco el azúcar glas, alternando con la leche. Añada
el chocolate fundido y la vainilla; bata hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
