Ensamble el gancho de amasar recubierto para mezclar los ingredientes.
Coloque todos los ingredientes en el cuenco y amase hasta un nivel satisfactorio.

Modo de empleo
1. Mezcle en un recipiente la mitad de la levadura con la sal y el azúcar, y resérvelo.
2. Añada la levadura restante al bol con el agua y el aceite.
3. La masa debe batirse con un batidor de alambre, a velocidad mínima hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea.
4. Añada los huevos frescos al bol y el preparado reservado en el punto 1 (la mezcla de levadura con sal y azúcar). La
velocidad debe ajustarse hasta el nivel medio.
5. Añada poco a poco la mitad de la harina. Cuando la masa adquiera más volumen y consistencia, cambie el utensi-
lio al gancho para amasar recubierto.
6. Añada el resto de la harina y siga mezclando. Ahora compruebe que el ajuste de la potencia de entrada del
