CONSEJOS ÚTILES
Recipientes
• La base de los recipientes debe ser lo más gruesa y plana posible.
• Los recipientes de acero esmaltado y con bases de aluminio o cobre pueden causar de-
coloraciones en la superficie de la vitrocerámica.
Ahorro de energía
• Si es posible, cocine siempre con los recipientes tapados.
• Coloque el recipiente antes de iniciar la zona de cocción.
• Desconecte las zonas de cocción antes de finalizar el tiempo de cocción para usar el
calor residual.
• La base de las cacerolas y las zonas de cocción deben tener el mismo tamaño.
Öko Timer (temporizador ecológico)
Para ahorrar energía, la resistencia de la zona de cocción se apaga automáticamente an-
tes de que suene la señal del temporizador de cuenta atrás. La reducción del tiempo de
calentamiento depende del nivel de calor y del tiempo de cocción.
Indicación sobre la acrilamida
Según los últimos conocimientos científicos, si se tuestan alimentos (sobre todo los que
contienen almidón), la acrilamida puede representar un peligro para la salud. Por tanto,
recomendamos cocinar a bajas temperaturas y no tostar excesivamente los alimentos.
MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Limpie el aparato después de cada uso.
Use siempre recipientes con la base limpia.
ADVERTENCIA
Los productos de limpieza corrosivos y abrasivos dañan al aparato.
Por razones de seguridad, no limpie el aparato con limpiadores de chorro de vapor o de
alta presión.
Los arañazos o las marcas oscuras de la superficie vitrocerámica no afectan al funciona-
miento normal del aparato.
Para eliminar la suciedad:
1. – Quite inmediatamente: restos fundidos de plástico, papel aluminio y alimentos
que contengan azúcar. De lo contrario la suciedad dañará el aparato. Utilice un
