5. CONSEJOS ÚTILES
5.1 Utensilios de cocina
• La base del recipiente debe
ser lo más gruesa y plana posi-
ble.
5.2 Ahorro energético
• En la medida de lo posible, co-
cine siempre con los recipien-
tes tapados.
• Coloque el recipiente en la
placa de cocción sólida antes
de encenderla.
• Apague la placa de cocción
sólida antes de finalizar del
tiempo de cocción selecciona-
do para aprovechar el calor re-
sidual.
• La base de los recipientes y las
placas de cocción sólidas de-
ben tener el mismo diámetro.
6. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Limpie el aparato después de cada uso.
Utilice siempre recipientes cuya base es-
té limpia.
Los arañazos o las marcas oscu-
ras en la superficie no afectan al
funcionamiento normal del apa-
rato.
Para eliminar la suciedad:
1.
Utilice polvos de limpieza o un es-
tropajo húmedo.
2.
Limpie el aparato con un paño suave
humedecido con agua y detergente.
3.
Caliente la placa a baja temperatura
y deje que se seque.
4.
Para mantener la placa en buen es-
tado, frótela con regularidad con
aceite lubricante. Retire el aceite
con papel absorbente.
Para los bordes de acero inoxi-
dable de la placa, utilice un lim-
piador especial para acero inoxi-
dable.
El borde de acero inoxidable de
la placa se puede decolorar lige-
ramente como consecuencia de
la alta temperatura.
El acero inoxidable puede ensuciarse si
la temperatura es demasiado alta. Por
esa razón, no utilice utensilios de cocina
de piedra, barro o hierro fundido para
cocinar. No proteja la placa de cocción
con papel de aluminio mientras la usa.
Lave los elementos de acero inoxidable
con agua y séquelos bien con un paño
suave.
7. SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
