Desconecte siempre el enchufe antes de llevar a cabo cualquier trabajo en la
máquina.
Cuando uno de los filos de las cuchillas
está gastado se les puede dar la vuelta y
utilizar el corte sin usar, cuando éste
también está gastado, hay que instalar
nuevas cuchillas (cambiar las dos
cuchillas a la vez).
1. Retirar el protector de las cuchillas tirando
de la palanca y fijarlo.
2. Aflojar los tornillos (F) girándolos hacia la derecha.
3. Empujar hacia dentro el protector del
rodillo (E) y extraer las garras (D) con las
cuchillas cogiendolas por los extremos.
4. Extraer las cuchillas de las garras de
fijación por el lateral.
5. Limpiar las garras (D) de fijación y el
rodillo (B).
6. Instalar nuevas cuchillas en las garras de
fijación por el lateral, para elle asegúrese
de que la leva de las garras de fijación
engrana perfectamente en la ranura de las
cuchillas
7. Instalar las garras con las nuevas
cuchillas en el rodillo, asegúrandose que
la cuchilla no sobresale lateralmente y que
no roza en la carcasa (G).
8. Apretar el soporte de cuchillas contra el
rodillo y fijarlo, para ello girar los
tornillo (F) a izquierdas y apretarlos.
9. Girar el rodillo 180
o
y proceder al cambio
de la segunda cuchilla de la misma
manera descrita.
No cambiar los tornillos de ajuste (H) las
garras de fijación vienen ajustadas de
fábrica!
En el cambio de cuchillas con corte
automático de viruta (K) utilizar el juego
comleto con diferentes
ranuras-cortavirutas.
Comprobar que las cuchillas no rozan en
la carcasa.
Cambiar las cuchillas y garras de fijación
solamente por juegos completos!
Montar el juego completo con sus correspondientes garras de fijación.
Instalar las cuchillas junto con las garras
de fijación en el rodillo y ajustar las
cuchillas mediante los tornillos de ajuste
de tal manera que la parte mas cóncava
de las ondulaciones coincida con el borde
de la suela al ras.
La rueda de ajuste de profundidad debe
estar regulada en meste momento a ”0”.
Compruebe que las cuchillas y la base del cepillo o suela están paralelas.
Regular la profondidad de cepillado con la rueda sobre 0,2 mm (maximo 0,4 mm).
