Combinatie van grill en friteuse
Bijvoorbeeld: biefstuk met patates frites
1. Friteuse met olie vullen en de temperatuur instellen.
2. Patates frites frituren totdat deze bijna klaar zijn.
3. Friteuse uitschakelen.
4. Grillinzet en grillrooster aanbrengen, grillstand instellen.
5. Biefstuk grillen en op een bord warmhouden.
6. Grill uitschakelen.
7. Temperatuur van de friteuse instellen.
8. Patates frites verder frituren.
1 Voorzichtig! Verbrandingsgevaar door hete delen.
Gebruik pannenlappen bij het wisselen tussen frituren en grillen.
