What to do, if...
Try to rectify minor faults on the dishwasher with the aid of the instructions given
here.
...a flashing fault code appears
If on the control panel one or more programme indicator lights are flashing, they are
indicative of a fault in the dishwasher that you can probably rectify yourself.
Open the door, press the On/Off push button to switch the dishwasher off and with
the aid of the malfunctions listed below try to rectify the fault condition.
Fault code
"RINSE & HOLD" and
"NORMAL 65°" indicator
lights are flashing
"INTENSIVE 70°" and
"NORMAL 65°" indicator
lights are flashing
"NORMAL 65°" indicator
light is flashing
Other indicator lights or
combinations of indicator
lights are flashing
The water tap is closed. Open the water tap.
The mains water supply has
been cut off.
Wait for the supply to be
restored.
The inlet hose may be
squashed or bent.
The inlet hose may be
blocked.
The drain hose may be
squashed or bent. The drain
hose extension is not
correct.
The sink may be blocked.
Protection against flooding
is active.
General
Close the water tap and
contact the Service Force
Centre.
Open the door, switch off
the dishwasher, switch
back on and start a wash
programme. If the fault
code reappears contact
the Service Force Centre.
Clear any blockages.
Reposition correctly the
drain hose. Follow the
instructions for
connecting to the waste.
Switch off the water
supply and clean the filter.
Reposition correctly the
hose.
Possible cause Remedy
Once you have checked the possible causes listed above, switch on the dishwasher
and start a wash programme, if the fault code reappears contact the Service Force
Centre.
