Griessflammeri mit Himbeersauce
1. Milch, Zucker und Mandeln in eine Schüssel
geben, bedecken und kochen.
3-5 min. 900 W
2. Den Gries hinzufügen, umrühren, bedecken
und kochen.
10-12 min. 270 W
3. Das Eigelb mit Wasser in einer Tasse verquirlen
und in die heiße Mischung rühren. Das Eiweiß
so lange schlagen, bis es steif ist und unter die
Mischung heben. Die Puddingmischung in
kleine Auflaufförmchen füllen.
4. Für die Sauce die Himbeeren waschen und
abtrocknen und mit Wasser und Zucker in eine
Schüssel geben.
Bedecken und erhitzen.
2-3 min. 900 W
5. Die Himbeeren pürieren und mit dem Griespudding
servieren.
Geschirr Schüssel mit Deckel (2 I Inhalt)
4 kleine Auflaufförmchen
500 ml Milch
40 g Zucker
15 g Mandeln, gehack
50 g Griess
1 Eigelb
1 El Wasser
1 Eiweiss
250 g Himbeeren
50 ml Wasser
40 g Zucker
Käsekuchen
1. Mehl, Kakao, Backpulver und Zucker in einer
Schüssel mischen.
2. Eier und Butter hinzugen und in einer
chenmaschine mixen.
3. Die Springform einfetten. Den Teig ausrollen und
die Springform damit auslegen, dabei 2 cm am
Rand aussparen. Den Teig backen.
6-8 min. 630 W
4. Butter und Zucker miteinander verquirlen, bis sie
leicht und locker sind. Die Eier langsam
unterschlagen. Quark und das Vanille-
Puddingpulver hinzufügen.
5. Die Füllung auf den Käsekuchenboden geben und
kochen.
15-19 min. 630 W
Geschirr Springform
(ca. 26 Durchm.)
Boden:
300 g Mehl
1 tbsp Kakao
10 g Backpulver
150 g Zucker
1 Ei
10 g Butter oder Margarine zum
Einfetten der Form
Füllung:
150 g Butter oder Margarine
100 g Zucker
10 g Pck. Vanillezucker
3 Eier
400 g Speisequark, 20 % F.i.Tr.
40 g Pck. Vanillepuddingpulve
