Cazuela picada
Tiempo total de cocción: 20-23 minutos
Utensilios: fuente con tapa (volumen 2 l)
Ingredientes
500 g de carne picada (mitad de cerdo, mitad
de vaca)
3 cebollas (150 g), bien picadas
1 huevo
50 g de pan rallado
sal y pimienta
350 ml de caldo de carne
70 g de puré de tomate
2 patatas (200 g), en dados
2 zanahorias (200 g), en dados
2 CuSop de perejil, picado
1. Amasar la carne picada con la cebolla picada, el huevo
y el pan rallado para obtener una masa que se
condimenta con sal y pimienta. Poner la masa de carne
picada en la fuente.
2. Mezclar el caldo de carne con el puré de tomates.
3. Añadir los dados de patatas y zanahorias con el líquido
a la carne picada, mezclar, tapar y cocer. Remover
ocasionalmente durante la cocción.
20-23 min. 900 W
Volver a remover el plato y dejar reposar durante unos
5 minutos. Servirlo con guarnición de perejil.

(2 porciones)
Tiempo total de cocción: 36-40 minutos
Utensilios: fuente (volumen 2 l), hilo de cocinar
Ingredientes
1 pollo entero (1000 g)
sal
romero & mejorana desmenuzada
1 panecillo duro (40 g)
1 manojo de perejil, bien picado (10 g)
nuez moscada
5 CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (50 g)
1 yema de huevo
1 CuSop de pimentón
1 Cdta. de mantequilla o margarina para untar
la fuente
1. Lavar y secar cuidadosamente el pollo, condimentarlo
en su interior con sal, romero y mejorana.
2. Para el relleno, remojar el panecillo unos 10 minutos
en agua fría, estrujarlo después. Mezclarlo con sal,
perejil, nuez moscada, mantequilla y la yema de huevo,
y rellenar el pollo. Coser la abertura con hilo o
bramante de carnicero.
3. Derretir la mantequilla.

Mezclar la mantequilla con el pimentón y la sal y untar
el pollo.
4. Cocer el pollo en la fuente untada sin taparla. Darle
vuelta ocasionalmente transcurrida la mitad del
tiempo de cocción
35-39 min. 630 W
Después de cocinar dejar que el pollo relleno repose
durante unos 3 minutos.
