1. Mettez les légumes, le beurre et les épices
dans une terrine (2 litres) et mélangez bien.
Faites cuire pendant 2-6 minutes à 900 W
(cela dépend du poid).
2. Lavez et séchez le poisson, arrosez-le de jus de
citron et salez.
3. Mélangez la crème fraiche aux légumes et
assaisonnez à nouveau.
4. Placez le moitié des légumes dans un plat à
gratin. Placez le poisson au-dessus des
légumes et recouvrez du reste des légumes.
5. Recouvrir de Gouda et placez sur le trépied
bas, faites cuire en CUISSON AUTOMATIQUE,
Filet de Poisson Gratiné.
6. Après cuisson, laissez reposer pendant env. 5
min.

3. Poser les brochettes sur la grille du haut et
cuire sur CUISSON AUTOMATIQUE,
