Melocotones nevados
(unas 8 porciones)
Tiempo total de cocción: 3-5 minutos aprox
Utensilios: fuente llana redonda para horno
(unos 24cm de diámetro)
Ingredientes
470 g de mitades de melocotones en
conserva, escurridas
2 claras de huevo
70 g de azúcar
75 g de almendras molidas
2 yemas de huevo
2 CuSop de coñac
1 Cdta. de mantequilla o margarina para
untar la fuente
1. Secar cuidadosamente las mitades de los melocotones.
2. Batir las claras hasta montarlas. Al final incorporar
cuidadosamente un poco de azúcar (35 g).
3. Mezclar las almendras, el azúcar (35 g) restante, las
yemas de huevo y el coñac.
4. Rellenar las mitades de los melocotones con la mezcla.
Aplicar la clara batida sobre los melocotones rellenos
utilizando una manga para adornar.
5. Untar la fuente. Colocar los melocotones en la misma y
dorarlos en el nivel inferior.

Risotto a la ticino
Tiempo total de cocción: 20-25 minutos
Utensilios: fuente con tapa (volumen 2 l)
Ingredientes
50 g de bacon entreverado
2 CuSop de mantequilla o margarina (20 g)
1 cebolla (50 g), bien picada
200 g de arroz de grano redondo (Arboris)
400 ml de caldo de carne
70 g de queso "Sbrinz", rallado (se puede
sustituir por queso suizo rallado)
1 pizca de azafrán
sal & pimienta
1. Cortar el bacon en dados. Untar el fondo de la fuente
con la mantequilla, poner el bacon y la cebolla, tapar y
rehogar ligeramente.
2-3 min. 900 W
2. Agregar el arroz y el caldo de carne, iniciar la cocción y
dejar hervir lentamente.
1. 3-5 min. 900 W
2. 15-17 min. 270 W
Terminada la cocción, dejar reposar el arroz de 3-5
minutos.
3. Mezclar con el queso y el azafrán y condimentar.
Sugerencia:
Como aditamentos se pueden recomendar rebuzuelos
o champiñones y una ensalada mixta.
