Filets de poisson sauce au fromage
Temps de cuisson total: env. 22-26 min
Vaisselle: plat avec couvercle (1 l de capacité)
moule à soufflé cylindrique
(diamètre env. 25 cm).
Ingrédients
3 filets de poisson (env. 600 g)
2 CS jus de citron
sel
1 CS beurre ou margarine
1 oignon (50 g) finement haché
2 CS farine (20 g)
100 ml vin blanc
1 CC huile végétale pour le graissage du moule
100 g emmenthal râpé
2 CS persil haché
1. Lavez les filets, essuyez-les délicatement et arrosez les
goutte à goutte de jus de citron. Laissez reposer env.
15 min, essuyez-les délicatement à nouveau et les saler.
2. Répartissez le beurre sur le fond du plat. Ajoutez les
oignons hachés et laissez cuire à couvert à l’étouffée
env. 2 Min. 800 W
3. Saupoudrez les oignons de farine et remuez. Versez le
vin blanc et mélangez.
4. Graissez le moule à soufflé et mettez y les filets.
Versez la sauce sur les filets et saupoudrez de fromage.
Mettez sur la grille et faites cuire.
16-19 Min. 560 W
4-5 Min. 400 W
Laissez reposer les filets de poisson env. 2 min après la
cuisson. Servez garni de persil haché.

250-300 g escalopes de porc
60 g lard
1-2 oignons (75 g) coupés en 4
3 tomates (150 g) coupées en 4

/2 gousse de poivron vert (75 g) coupée en 8

2 CC paprika
sel
1 CC poivre de cayenne
1 CC sauce Worcester (épicée au soja et au
vinaigre)
1. Coupez l’escalope et le lard en dés de 2-3cm env.
2. Piquez en alternance la viande et les légumes sur trois
brochettes en bois.
3. Mélangez l’huile et les épices, posez les brochettes sur
la grille et faites les griller.
