Recepten voor automatische
kookprogramma's AC-5
Appeltaart met calvados
(voor ca. 1,3 kg)
ingrediënten
200 g bloem
1 tl bakpoeder
100 g suiker
1 pakje vanillesuiker
1 snufje zout
1ei
3-4 druppels bittere amandelolie
125 g boter
1 tl boter of margarine om de vorm in te vetten
50 g gemalen hazelnoten
600 g appels
kaneel
2 eieren
1 snufje zout
4 el suiker
4 el calvados (appelbrandewijn)

125 g dikke room (48% vetgehalte)
poedersuiker
1. Bloem en bakpoeder vermengen, suiker, vanillesuiker,
zout, ei, amandelolie en boter toevoegen en met de
kneedhaak van een handmixer tot een deeg roeren.
2. Deeg afdekken en ca. 30 minuten op een koele plek
zetten.
3. Bakvorm invetten. Deeg tussen 2 lagen folie uitrollen
en in de bakvorm doen. Een rand van ca. 3 cm vormen.
4. Hazelnoten over het deeg strooien.
5. Appels schillen, in vieren snijden, van het klokhuis
ontdoen en in plakken snijden. De plakken
dakpansgewijs op de hazelnootlaag leggen en met wat
kaneel bestrooien.
6. Eieren scheiden. Eiwitten stijf slaan, snufje zout en 1 el
vanillesuiker toevoegen.
7. Eidooiers, rest van de suiker en vanillesuiker schuimig
kloppen.
8. Calvados, aardappelmeel en room toevoegen en door
elkaar roeren. Geklopt eiwit erdoor roeren en het
mengsel gelijkmatig over de appel verdelen.
9. Op het onderste rooster met AUTOMATISCH
KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-5 bakken
Tip: de taart in de vorm laten afkoelen en met
poedersuiker bestrooien..
