Recepten voor automatische
kookprogramma's AC-4
Aubergine-macaronischotel
(voor ca. 1,5 kg)
ingrediënten
500 ml water
1
/2 tl olie
zout
80 g macaroni
400 g tomaten uit blik, in stukjes
3 uien (150 g) gesnipperd
basilicum, tijm
zout en peper
1 tl olie om de schaal in te vetten
450 g aubergines, in plakken
150 g zure room
2 eieren
100 g geraspte kaas (Cheddar)
Broccoli-aardappelschotel
(voor ca. 1,5 kg)
ingrediënten
400 g aardappelen, geschild
400 g broccoliroosjes
6 tl water (60 ml)
1 tl boter of margarine om de schaal in te vetten
400 g champignons, in plakjes
1 el peterselie, fijngehakt
zout en peper
3 eieren
125 ml room
125 ml melk
zout en peper
nootmuskaat
100 g geraspte Goudse kaas
1. Water, olie en zout in een schaal doen, afdekken en aan
de kook laten komen.
3-5 minuten 900 watt
2. Macaroni in de schaal doen. Omroeren en laten
intrekken.
9-11 minuten 270 watt
Macaroni afgieten en laten afkoelen.
3. Tomaten en uien met elkaar vermengen en goed
kruiden. Ovenvaste schaal invetten. Macaroni in de
schaal doen en de tomatensaus erover verdelen. Met
plakken aubergine beleggen.
4. Zure room en eieren door elkaar roeren en over de
macaroni verdelen. Geraspte kaas erover strooien.
Op het lage rooster met AUTOMATISCH
KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-4 koken.
Na het bereiden 5-10 minuten laten rusten.
1. Aardappelen en broccoli in een schaal doen. Water
toevoegen, afdekken en koken. Tijdens het koken 1
maal omroeren.
9-12 minuten 900 watt
2. Aardappelen in plakken snijden.
3. Ovenvaste schaal invetten. Broccoli, champignons en
aardappelen laag om laag in de schaal leggen. Met
peterselie bestrooien en met peper op smaak brengen.
4. Eieren, room, melk en kruiden door elkaar roeren, over
de groente gieten en kaas erover strooien.
Op het lage rooster met AUTOMATISCH
KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-4 koken.
Na het bereiden ca. 10 minuten laten rusten.
