Varm kakao med fløde

Kogegrej: stort krus (200 ml)
Ingredienser
150 ml mælk
30 g mørk chokolade, revet
30 ml fløde
chokoladeflager
1. Hæld mælken i kruset. Tilsæt chokoladen, rør rundt,
og varm det. Rør jævnligt i det.
ca. 1 min. 900 W
2. Pisk fløden stiv, og kom den oven på kakaoen. Pynt
med chokoladeflagerne før servering.
Semuljedessert med hindbærsauce
Samlet tilberedningstid: ca. 15-20 minutter
Kogegrej: skål med låg (2 Iiter)
Ingredienser
500 ml mælk
40 g sukker
15 g hakkede mandler
50 g semuljegryn
1 æggeblomme
1 spsk. vand
1 æggehvide
250 g hindbær
50 ml vand
40 g sukker
1. Kom mælk, sukker og mandler i skålen, læg låg på, og
varm det.
3-5 min. 900 W
2. Tilsæt semuljegryn, og rør rundt. Læg låg på, og sæt
det i ovnen. Rør rundt én gang under tilberedningen.
10-12 min. 270 W
3. Pisk æggeblommen med vandet i en kop, og hæld det i
den varme semuljeblanding. Pisk æggehviderne stive,
og rør dem forsigtigt i. Kom desserten i små skåle.
4. Lav derefter saucen. Skyl hindbærrene, tør dem
forsigtigt, og kom dem i en skål med vand og sukker.
Læg låg på, og varm dem.
2-3 min. 900 W
5. Purér hindbærrene, og server saucen enten kold eller
varm til semuljedesserten.

Samlet tilberedningstid: ca. 21-27 minutter
Kogegrej: Rund bageform (ca. 26 cm diam.)
Ingredienser
300 g mel
1 spsk. kakao
3 tsk. bagepulver (9 g)
150 g sukker
1 æg
150 g smør eller margarine
1 tsk. smør eller margarine til smøring af fadet
100 g smør eller margarine
100 g sukker
1 brev vanillesukker (10 g)
3 æg
400 g fromage frais, 20 % fedt
1 brev vanillebuddingepulver (40 g)
1. Bland mel og kakao med bagepulver. Tilsæt sukker, æg
og smør, og brug æltekrogen på håndmikseren til at
ælte det sammen.
2. Smør formen, rul 2/3 af dejen ud, og anbring den i
formen. Løft kanterne 2 cm, så der dannes en kant.
Forbag bunden.
6-8 min. 630 W
3. Lav derefter fyldet. Pisk smørret, indtil det er let og
luftigt, tilsæt sukker og ét æg ad gangen. Tilsæt til
sidst fromage frais og vanillebuddingepulver.
4. Kom fyldet på den forbagte bund, fordel resten af
smuldredejen oven på kagen, og bag den.
