Vlees, vis en gevogelte

Zeetongfilet
voor 2 porties
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 11-13 minuten
servies: platte ovale ovenschaal met deksel (ca. 26 cm
lang)
ingrediënten
400 g zeetongfilet
1 citroen, onbehandeld
2 tomaten (150 g)
1 tl boter of margarine om de vorm in te vetten
1 el plantaardige olie
1 el peterselie, gehakt
zout en peper
4 el witte wijn (30 ml)
2 el boter of margarine (20 g)
1. De filets wassen en droog deppen. Graten verwijderen.
2. Citroen en tomaten in dunne plakken snijden.
3. Ovenschaal invetten. De vis erin leggen en met de olie
besprenkelen.
4. De vis met de peterselie bestrooien, daarop de plakjes
tomaat leggen en kruiden. Op de tomaat de plakjes
citroen leggen en de witte wijn erover gieten.
5. Vlokjes boter op de citroen leggen, afdekken en
bereiden.
11-13 min. 630 W
De vis na het bereiden 2 minuten laten staan.
Tip: voor dit gerecht kunt u ook roodbaars, heilbot, harder,
schol of kabeljauw gebruiken.

Spinazieschotel
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 37-42 minuten
servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)
platte ovale schaal (ca. 26 cm lang)
ingrediënten
2 el boter of margarine (20 g)
1 ui (50 g), gesnipperd
600 g diepgevroren bladspinazie
zout en peper
nootmuskaat
knoflookpoeder
1tl boter of margarine om de schaal in te vetten
500 g gekookte aardappelen, in plakjes
200 g gekookte ham, in blokjes
4 eieren
125 ml crème fraiche
100 g geraspte kaas
paprikapoeder
1. Boter over de schaal verdelen. Ui in de schaal doen en
verwarmen
2-3 min. 900 W
2. Spinazie toevoegen, afdekken en verwarmen. Een of
twee maal omroeren
12-14 min. 900 W
Spinazie laten uitlekken en kruiden.
3. Ovenschaal invetten. Om en om laagjes aardappel,
ham en spinazie in de schaal leggen. De bovenste laag
moet spinazie zijn.
4. Eieren en crème fraiche met elkaar vermengen, zout en
peper toevoegen en over de spinazie gieten. Geraspte
kaas en paprikapoeder erover strooien.
23-25 min. 630 W
Na het bereiden ca. 10 minuten laten staan.
Tip: u kunt hiervoor ook bijv. broccoli en salami gebruiken.
