GRATÄNG (AC-7)
Spenatgratäng
Ingredienser
0,5 kg 1,0 kg 1,5 kg
5 g 10 g 15 g smör eller margarin (till
smörjning av formen)
150 g 300 g 450 g bladspenat (tinad, avrunnen)
15 g 30 g 45 g lök (finhackad)
salt, peppar & muskot
150 g 300 g 450 g kokt potatis (skivad)
35 g 75 g 110 g kokt skinka (tärnad)
50 g 100 g 150 g crème fraîche
123ägg
40 g 75 g 115 g riven ost
paprikapulver
Förberedelse
1. Blanda bladspenaten med löken och krydda med
salt, peppar och muskot.
2. Smörj in gratängformen. Varva potatisskivor,
skinktärningar och spenat i formen. Det översta
lagret ska bestå av spenat.
3. Blanda äggen med crème fraîche, tillsätt salt och
peppar och häll blandningen över grönsakerna.
4. Täck över gratängen med den rivna osten, strö över
paprikapulver och tillaga med AUTOTILLAGNING
AC-7, ”Gratäng”.
5. Låt gratängen stå i 5–10 minuter efter tillagningen.

Gratäng med potatis och zucchini
Ingredienser

200 g 400 g 600 g kokt potatis (skivad)
115 g 230 g 345 g zucchini (tunt skivad)
75 g 150 g 225 g crème fraîche

40 g 80 g 120 g fetaost (tärnad)
10 g 20 g 30 g solroskärnor
paprikapulver
Förberedelse
1. Smörj en gratängform och varva lager med
potatisskivor och zucchini i formen.
2. Blanda äggen med crème fraîche, krydda med salt,
peppar och vitlök, och häll blandningen över
grönsakerna.
3. Smula sönder fetaosten och strö den över
gratängen.
4. Slutligen strör du solroskärnor och paprikapulver
över gratängen, och tillagar den med
AUTOTILLAGNING AC-7, ”Gratäng”.
5. Låt gratängen stå i 5–10 minuter efter tillagningen.
