schaal in te vetten
150 g 300 g 450 g bladspinazie (ontdooien en
afgieten)
15 g 30 g 45 g uien (gesnipperd)
zout, peper, nootmuskaat
150 g 300 g 450 g aardappelen (in plakjes)
35 g 75 g 110 g gekookte ham (in blokjes)
50 g 100 g 150 g crème fraiche
1 2 3 ei(eren)
40 g 75 g 115 g geraspte kaas

Bereiding
1. De spinazie met de ui vermengen en met zout, peper
en nootmuskaat kruiden.
2. De ovenschaal invetten. Om en om plakjes
aardappel, blokjes ham en spinazie in de schaal
leggen. De bovenste laag moet spinazie zijn.
3. Eieren en crème fraiche door elkaar roeren en over
de spinazie gieten.
4. Met geraspte kaas en paprikapoeder bestrooien. Met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-7 koken.
5. Na het koken 5-10 minuten laten staan.
Bereiding
1. De ovenschaal invetten en om en om plakjes
aardappel en courgette in de schaal leggen.
2. Eieren en crème fraiche door elkaar roeren, met
zout, peper en knoflook kruiden en over de groente
gieten.
3. Met geraspte kaas en paprikapoeder bestrooien.
4. Ten slotte met zonnebloempitten bestrooien. Met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-7 koken.
5. Na het koken 5-10 minuten laten staan.
VISFILET MET SAUS (AC-6)
visfilet met kerriesaus
ingrediënten
0,4 kg 0,8 kg 1,2 kg
200 g 400 g 600 g visfilet
zout
40 g 80 g 120 g bananen (in kleine stukjes)
160 g 320 g 480 g kant-en-klare kerriesaus
Bereiding
1. De gezouten visfilets met de dunne einden naar het
midden in een ronde ovenschaal leggen.
2. De saus over de filets gieten en de stukjes banaan
erop leggen.
3. Met magnetronfolie afdekken en met
AUTOMATISCH KOOKPROGRAMMA AC-6 koken.
4. Na het koken ca. 2 minuten laten staan.
