Probleem Mogelijke oorzaak/Oplossing
De machine wordt niet met water gevuld:
De waterkraan is dicht.
• Draai de waterkraan open.
De toevoerslang is bekneld of geknikt.
• Controleer de aansluiting van de watertoe-
voerslang.
Het filter in de toevoerslang of het inlaatven-
tielfilter is verstopt.
• Reinig de wateraanvoerfilters. (Zie 'Water-
aanvoerfilters reinigen' voor meer informa-
tie)
De deur is niet goed gesloten.
• Doe de deur stevig dicht.
Er stroomt water in de machine en dat loopt
meteen weer weg:
Het uiteinde van de afvoerslang bevindt zich te
laag.
• Zie de betreffende paragraaf in het hoofd-
stuk 'Waterafvoer'.
De machine pompt het water niet weg en/of
centrifugeert niet:
De afvoerslang is bekneld of geknikt.
• Controleer de aansluiting van de afvoerslang.
De afvoerpomp is verstopt.
• Maak het afvoerfilter schoon.
Er is een optie of programma gekozen waarbij
het water in de trommel niet wordt wegge-
pompt of een programma dat alle spoelgangen
onderdrukt.
• Kies programma POMPEN of CENTRIFUGE-
REN.
Het wasgoed is niet gelijkmatig in de trommel
verdeeld.
• Verdeel het wasgoed opnieuw.
Er ligt water op de vloer:
Er is te veel of ongeschikt wasmiddel gebruikt
(te veel schuimvorming).
• Verminder de hoeveelheid wasmiddel of ge-
bruik een ander middel.
Controleer of een van de koppelingen van de
toevoerslang lekkage vertoont. Dit is niet altijd
gemakkelijk te zien, omdat het water langs de
slang naar beneden loopt; controleer of de slang
vochtig is.
• Controleer de aansluiting van de watertoe-
voerslang.
De watertoevoerslang is beschadigd.
• Vervang deze door een nieuwe.
De dop op de noodafvoerslang is na het schoon-
maken niet teruggeplaatst of het filter is niet
goed vastgeschroefd.
• Zet de dop terug op de noodafvoerslang en
draai het filter volledig aan.
