3. Kies met de toets of de functie
Stoomgaren
en stel met de toets
of de gewenste temperatuur in (tussen
50°C - 96°C).
4. Kies met de toets Klokfuncties
de func-
tie Duur
of Einde en stel met de
toets
of de gewenste bereidingstijd
of uitschakeltijd in. Na ca. 2 minuten
wordt de eerste stoom zichtbaar. Een een-
voudige signaaltoon meldt wanneer de
gaartemperatuur van ca. 96°C is bereikt.
Een drievoudige signaaltoon geeft het einde van de bereidingstijd aan.
5. Met de toets Aan/Uit
de signaaltoon en oven uitschakelen.
Zuig na het afkoelen van de oven het restwater met een spons uit de stoomgenerator en
wrijf eventueel na met een paar druppels azijn.
Laat de deur van de oven open staan zodat de oven volledig kan drogen.
Pauzegaren
Hetelucht wordt automatisch steeds afgewisseld met stoom.
1. Water (ca. 250 ml) niet direct in de stomer, maar boven de waterschuiflade in het
bedieningsrooster gieten.
2. Met de toets Aan/Uit
de oven inschakelen.
3. Kies met de toets
of de functie Pauzegaren en stel met de toets of
de gewenste temperatuur in.
4. Kies met de toets Klokfuncties
de func-
tie Duur
of Einde en stel met de
toets
of de gewenste bereidingstijd
of uitschakeltijd in.
Ga verder te werk zoals bij stoomgaren
.
