Hulp bij storingen
U gelieve na te gaan of u aan de hand van onderstaande aanwijzingen kleine
storingen aan het toestel zelf kunt opheffen. Helpt deze informatie u niet ver-
der, neem dan kontakt op met de afdeling Klantenservice.
■ De afvoerpomp loopt voortdurend - ook als het toestel uitgeschakeld is.
- De beveiliging tegen wateroverlast is in werking getreden. Eerst de water-
kraan dichtdraaien, dan de stekker uit het stopkontakt trekken. Bij vaste
aansluiting: zekering(en) in de huisinstallatie uitschakelen. Kontakt opnemen
met de afdeling Klantenservice.
■ Het programma begint niet.
- Zijn de zekeringen in de huisinstallatie in orde? Is het toestel aan het
elektrische net aangesloten?
- Is de deur goed gesloten?
■ Er wordt geen water toegevoerd.
- Is de waterkraan open?
- Is de zeef in de slangkoppeling aan de waterkraan misschien verstopt?
Zeef eventueel schoonmaken.
- Is de watertoevoerslang misschien geknikt? Slang kontroleren (zie hoofd-
stuk "Watertoevoer").
- Is de waterdruk minimaal 1 bar overdruk? (Zie hoofdstuk "Watertoevoer").
■ Het serviesgoed wordt niet schoon.
- Hebt u een programma gekozen, dat geschikt is voor soort en mate van
verontreiniging van het serviesgoed (zie hoofdstuk "Programma-overzicht")?
- Hebt u het serviesgoed zodanig opgesteld, dat de waterstraal het van
binnen en van buiten kan bereiken? De servieskorven mogen niet overbe-
laden zijn (zie hoofdstuk "Serviesgoed rangschikken").
- Worden de sproeiarmen misschien door servies of bestek geblokkeerd?
Let op: de bovenste sproeiarm gaat in ruststand scheef staan. Daardoor
kan het water beter uit de sproeiarm weglopen. Als de machine loopt, gaat
de sproeiarm automatisch weer recht staan.
- Zijn alle zeven in de kuipbodem schoon? Zijn de zeven op de juiste wijze
in de machine gezet (zie hoofdstuk "Reinigen van de zeven")?
- Hebt u het reinigingsmiddel goed gedoseerd? (zie hoofdstuk "Reinigingsmiddel
doseren").
- Hebt u een goed reinigingsmiddel gebruikt?
- Ligt de afvoerslang goed (zie hoofdstuk "Waterafvoer").
- Zit er nog speciaal zout in het zoutvoorraadreservoir? Zonder speciaal zout
wordt het water niet onthard. Bij waterhardheden boven 4°d kan zich op het
servies kalkaanslag vormen (zie hoofdstuk "Speciaal zout doseren").
- Is de waterontharder op de plaatselijke waterhardheid ingesteld? (zie
hoofdstuk "Waterontharder instellen").
