4.4 Apparaat uitschakelen
Als het apparaat na het maken van
koffie met de Toets “Aan/uit” (afbeel-
ding 3, h) uitgeschakeld wordt,
vindt er nog een spoeling plaats en het
Indicatielampje “Koffiedikreservoir
legen” (afbeelding 3, j) knippert
nog ca. 1 minuut om u daaraan te her-
inneren. Als het apparaat tijdens een
functie met de Toets “Aan/uit” (afbeel-
ding 3, h) wordt uitgeschakeld, zijn
onmiddellijk alle functies uitgescha-
keld.
4.5 Waterhardheid instellen
Na de eerste ingebruikneming of bij
gebruik van een andere waterkwaliteit
moet u het apparaat instellen op de
waterhardheidsstand die overeenkomt
met de plaatselijke waterhardheid.
Gebruik het bijgeleverde teststaafje om
de hardheidsstand te bepalen of vraag
bij uw watermaatschappij naar de
hardheid.
Bepalen van het
waterhardheidsniveau
0 Doop hiervoor het teststrookje ca.
1 seconde in koud water. Schud het
overtollige water eraf en bepaal het
hardheidsniveau aan de hand van de
roze vakjes.
Geen of één vakje roze:
hardheidsniveau 1, zacht
tot 1,24 mmol/l of
tot 7° Duitse hardheid of
tot 12,6° Franse hardheid
Twee vakjes roze:
hardheidsniveau 2, middelhard
tot 2,5 mmol/l of
tot 14° Duitse hardheid of
tot 25,2° Franse hardheid
Drie vakjes roze:
hardheidsniveau 3, hard
tot 3,7 mmol/l of
tot 21° Duitse hardheid of
tot 37,8° Franse hardheid
Vier vakjes roze:
hardheidsniveau 4, zeer hard
meer dan 3,7 mmol/l of
meer dan 21° Duitse hardheid of
meer dan 37,8° Franse hardheid
Instellen en opslaan van het
bepaalde waterhardheidsniveau
U kunt 4 hardheidsniveaus instellen.
Het apparaat is in de fabriek op hard-
heidsniveau 4 ingesteld.
0 Draai, terwijl het apparaat ingescha-
keld is, het bonenreservoir in de stand
“Koffiebonen” (afbeelding 10).
0 Druk de Toets “Reinigen” (afbeelding 3,
f) en houd deze ingedrukt.
0 Druk dan tevens een aantal keren op de
Toets “Koffiemaalhoeveelheid” (afbeel-
ding 3, c) tot u het bepaalde hard-
heidsniveau hebt ingesteld. Als u de
toets “Reinigen” dan loslaat, wordt de
ingestelde waarde opgeslagen. Dan
wordt de koffiemaalhoeveelheid weer
weergegeven.
De hardheidsniveaus worden als volgt
aangegeven:
Hardheidsniveau 1
Hardheidsniveau 2
Hardheidsniveau 3
Hardheidsniveau 4

Opvragen van het ingestelde water-
hardheidsniveau: draai, terwijl het
apparaat ingeschakeld is, het bonenre-
servoir in de stand "Koffiebonen" .
Druk op de Toets “Reinigen” (afbeel-
ding 3, f) en houd deze ingedrukt.
Dan ziet u het ingestelde waterhard-
heidsniveau.
5 Koffie zetten met bonen
Het volgende proces vindt volautoma-
tisch plaats als u koffie zet met bonen:
malen, portioneren, persen, voorkoken,
zetten en uitwerpen van de verbruikte
gemalen koffie.
