Braden
Om te braden de ovenfunctie infratherm-braden I of boven- en
onderwarmte O gebruiken.
Servies
Om te braden zijn alle soorten hittebestendig servies geschikt.
Bij servies met kunststof grepen erop letten, dat deze hittebestendig
zijn.
Grote stukken vlees kunt u direct op de universele plaat of op het
rooster met daaronder de universele plaat braden (bijv. kalkoen,
gans, 3-4 kippen).
Alle magere vleessoorten kunt u beter in een braadpan met deksel
braden (bijv. kalfs-of rundvlees, diepgevroren vlees). Zo blijft het vlees
sappiger.
Alle vleessoorten die een korstje moeten krijgen kunt u in een braad-
pan zonder deksel braden (bijv. varkens-, lams-, schapevlees, eend,
kip, klein gevogelte, rosbief, ossenhaas, wild).
Tip: Als u in een pan braadt (in het bijzonder kleine hoeveelheden),
wordt de oven minder vuil!
