CLEANING TH E H OSE AND NOZ Z LE
Th e vacuum cleaner stops autom atically if th e nozzle,
tube, h ose or filters becom e block ed and w h en th e
dust container is full. In such cases, disconnect from
m ains and allow to cool for 20- 30 m inutes. Clear
block age and/or replace filters, em pty th e dust
container and restart.
Tubes and h oses
43 Use a cleaning strip or sim ilar to clear th e tubes
and h ose.
44 It m ay also be possible to rem ove th e obstruction
in th e h ose by sq ueezing it. H ow ever, be careful
in case th e obstruction is caused by glass or
needles caugh t inside th e h ose.
Note: Th e w arranty does not cover dam age caused to
th e h ose w h ile cleaning it.
Cleaning th e floor nozzle
45 Be sure to frequently clean th e com bination floor
nozzle. Use th e h ose h andle to clean th e nozzle.
Cleaning th e turbo nozzle*
46 Disconnect th e nozzle from th e vacuum cleaner
tube and rem ove entangled th reads, etc. by
snipping th em aw ay w ith scissors. Use th e h ose
h andle to clean th e nozzle.
47 In case th e turbo nozzle stops w ork ing, open th e
cleaning lid by pressing th e button and rem ove
any objects th at obstructs th e turbine to rotate
freely.
TROUBLESH OOTING
Th e vacuum cleaner does not start
• Ch eck th at th e cable is connected to th e m ains.
• Ch eck th at th e plug and cable are not dam aged.
• Ch eck for a blow n fuse.
Th e vacuum cleaner stops
• Ch eck w h eth er th e dust container is full. If so,
em pty it.
• Is th e nozzle, tube or h ose block ed?
• Are th e filters block ed?
W ater h as entered th e vacuum cleaner
It w ill be necessary to replace th e m otor at an
auth orised AEG– Electrolux service centre. Dam age to
th e m otor caused by th e penetration of w ater is not
covered by th e w arranty.
REINIGUNG DES SCH LAUCH ES
UND DER DÜSEN
Der Staubsauger stoppt autom atisch , w enn die Düse, das
Roh r, der Sch lauch oder ein Filter verstopft oder der
Staubbeh älter voll ist. Z ieh en Sie in diesem Fall den
Netzsteck er ab, und lassen Sie den Staubsauger 20 bis 30
Minuten steh en. Beh eben Sie die Verstopfung und/oder
tausch en Sie die Filter aus. Leeren Sie den Staubbeh älter,
und sch alten Sie den Staubsauger w ieder ein.
Roh r und Sch lauch
43 Roh re und Sch lauch m it einem Reinigungsband
oder Äh nlich em reinigen.
44 Es ist auch m öglich , die Verstopfung im Sch lauch
durch Drück en und Biegen des Sch lauch es zu
beseitigen. Vorsich tig, falls die Verstopfung durch
Glas oder Nadeln verursach t w urde.
H inw eis: Die Garantie deck t k einerlei durch Reinigung
verursach te Sch äden am Sch lauch ab.
Reinigung der Bodendüse
45 Auf regelm äßige Reinigung der Bodendüse
ach ten. M it dem Sch lauch griff die Düse reinigen.
Reinigung der Turbobürste*
46 Düse vom Staubsaugerroh r entneh m en und in
der Düse verw ick elte Fäden etc. m it einer Sch ere
durch sch neiden und entfernen. M it dem
Sch lauch griff die Düse aussaugen.
47 Falls die Turbobürste nich t rich tig funk tioniert,
die Reinigungsk lappe durch Drück en des Knopfes
öffnen und alle Gegenstände entfernen, die das
Turbinenrad beh indern.
FEH LERSUCH E
Der Staubsauger startet nich t.
• Prüfen, ob das Netzk abel an die Netzsteck dose
angesch lossen ist.
• Prüfen, ob der Steck er und das Kabel nich t
besch ädigt sind.
• Prüfen, ob eine Sich erung durch gebrannt ist.
Der Staubsauger sch altet ab.
• Prüfen Sie, ob der Staubbeh älter voll ist. Ist dies
der Fall, entleeren Sie ih n.
• Sind Düse, Roh r oder Sch lauch verstopft?
• Sind die Filter verstopft?
W asser ist in den Staubsauger eingedrungen.
Es ist notw endig, den M otor in einem autorisierten
AEG– Electrolux- Servicezentrum auszutausch en.
Sch äden am Motor, die durch eingedrungenes W asser
verursach t w urden, sind nich t durch die Garantie
abgedeck t.
