Conexión y desconexión de la función STOP+GO
La función STOP+GO conmuta todas las zonas de cocción conectadas a
la vez al nivel de mantenimiento de temperatura y de vuelta al nivel de
cocción ajustado anteriormente. Esta función es apta para interrumpir
brevemente y reanudar el proceso de cocción, por ejemplo para contes-
tar una llamada telefónica.
3 STOP+GO no detiene las funciones de temporizador.
3 STOP+GO bloquea todo el panel de mandos, con excepción del
sensor .
Uso de la función de cocción termostática
Todas las zonas de cocción están equipadas con una función de cocción
termostática. Al ajustar un nivel de cocción con , partiendo de
¾, la
zona de cocción se conecta durante un determinado tiempo con la ple-
na potencia y conmuta después automáticamente al nivel ajustado.
3 Si, durante la cocción termostática a, se selecciona un nivel más alto,
p.ej. de
Á a Ã, el tiempo de cocción termostática se adapta.
3 Si la zona de cocción tiene todavía calor residual (indicación h), no se
ejecuta la cocción termostática.
La duración de la cocción termostática depende del nivel de cocción
ajustado.
