Wat is er aan de hand als …

Hulp bij storingen

Misschien gaat het om een kleine storing die u aan de hand van de vol-

gende aanwijzingen zelf kunt oplossen. Voer zelf verder geen werk-

zaamheden uit, als onderstaande informatie u niet verder helpt.

1 Waarschuwing! Reparaties aan het apparaat mogen alleen door vak-

mensen worden uitgevoerd. Door ondeskundige reparaties kunnen aan-

zienlijke gevaren voor de gebruiker ontstaan. Wend u bij reparaties

altijd tot onze service-afdeling.

Mocht in de glaskeramische kookplaat een breuk zijn opgetreden, geef

dan het driecijferig getal, dat op de kookplaat is aangebracht, door

aan de servicedienst.

Wat te doen als ...

… de kookzones niet functioneren?

Controleer of

– de zekering in de huisinstallatie (stoppenkast) intact is. Als de zeke-

ringen meerdere malen worden uitgeschakeld, neem dan contact op

met een erkend elektro-installateur.

– het apparaat goed is ingeschakeld,

– controlelampjes in het bedieningspaneel branden,

– de betreffende kookzone is ingeschakeld,

– de kookzones op de gewenste kookstand zijn ingesteld,

– de veiligheidsuitschakeling de kookzones heeft uitgeschakeld (zie

hoofdstuk “Veiligheid”).

… de kookzones niet kunnen worden ingeschakeld?

Controleer of

– het bedieningspaneel is vergrendeld.

– tussen het drukken op de aan-/uit-toets en het inschakelen van de

gewenste kookzone meer dan 10 seconden zijn verstreken (zie hoofd-

stuk “Apparaat inschakelen”).

– er een vochtige doek of vloeistof ligt op een gedeelte van de sensor-

velden.

… de indicatie bij h voor restwarmte plotseling wordt uitgescha-

keld?

Controleer of

– u per ongeluk op de aan-/uit-toets hebt gedrukt.

– er een vochtige doek, vloeistof of iets dergelijks ligt op een gedeelte

van de sensorvelden.

– de veiligheidsuitschakeling is geactiveerd.
