Inmaken/wecken
Ovenfunctie: Onderwarmte
Gebruik voor het inmaken/wecken alleen in de handel gebruikelijke
glazen van hetzelfde formaat.
Glazen met een wring- of bajonetsluiting en metalen vormen zijn
ongeschikt.
Voor het inmaken/wecken gebruikt u het eerste gebruiksniveau van
onderen.
Gebruik voor het inmaken/wecken het bakblik. Hierop kunt u maxi-
maal zes glazen met elk een inhoud van één liter plaatsen.
De glazen moeten allemaal tot dezelfde hoogte zijn gevuld en zijn
dichtgeklemd.
Plaats de glazen zodanig op het bakblik, dat ze elkaar niet aanraken.
Giet ca. 1/2 liter water in het bakblik, zodat er voldoende vocht in de
oven ontstaat.
Zodra de vloeistof in de eerste glazen begint te parelen (bij 1-liter-
glazen na ca. 35-60 minuten), schakelt u de oven uit of verlaagt u de
temperatuur tot 100°C (zie de tabel).
