Connection to a
television set (AV OUT Fig. 1/2)
NOTE:
If the battery is not going to be used for a prolonged period it
must be discharged and stored in a cool, dry and dark place.
Do not open the charged battery. Repairs must be carried out by a
qualied technician.
Change Fuse for 12 V adaptor
NOTE:
Make sure that no hardware is lost when removing the fuse. Also
ensure that hardware is tted back into the correct place.
If the device does not work when using the 12 V cigarette lighter adapt-
er, change the fuse. This can be found in the top of the 12 V adapter.
Unscrew the silver round end cap (A).
Remove the fuse (C) and replace it with a 2A new time delay fuse.
Ensure the silver top (B) is being attached to the silver end cap.
Screw the endpiece back on.
Connection to Other Equipment
NOTE:
The 4-pole audio/video cable is not supplied.
If the television set has audio/video inputs.
If the television set has a SCART connection.
Playback of a DVD on the Television Set
1. Turn on the DVD player by the ON/OFF switch.
2. Turn on the television set and follow the instructions supplied with
the television set.
NOTE:
If the volume has been set to “00” using the VOL+/VOL- buttons,
there will be no audio output at the AV OUT jack.
