• Das Radio sucht nach Sendern mit dem gesuchten Genre.
Das Display zeigt „PTY Seek.” Wenn kein Radiosender
mit entsprechender PTY Kennzeichnung gefunden
wurde, erscheint im Display „No Match PTY”. In diesem
Fall setzt Ihr Radio die vorherige Wiedergabe fort.
• Ihre bevorzugten PTY Genres können Sie, auf den 10
Nummern-Tasten (0-9) speichern. Werksseitig sind fol-
gende Genres gespeichert:
- Nummern-Taste 1: News
- Nummern-Taste 2: Information
- Nummern-Taste 3: Pop Music
- Nummern-Taste 4:Sports
- Nummern-Taste 5: Classics
- Nummern-Taste 6: Social
- Nummern-Taste 7: Travel
- Nummern-Taste 8: Leisure
- Nummern-Taste 9: Country
- Nummern-Taste 0: Folk Music
• Halten Sie die PTY-Taste

ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt, um
die PTY Genre-Auswahl zu aktivieren.
• Wählen Sie mit den Tasten + Volume

und – Volume

das gewünschte Genre aus.
• Halten Sie die Nummern-Taste (0-9), auf der das Genre
gespeichert werden soll, ca. 3 Sekunden gedrückt.
• Ein Signalton ertönt, das Genre wurde gespeichert. Nun
können Sie bei der Genre-Auswahl einfach die entspre-
chende Nummern-Taste (0-9) drücken, um Ihr ge-
wünschtes Genre einzustellen.
7.6.6 EON (Enhanced Other Network)
Die Funktion EON ermöglicht es Verkehrsfunk (TA) zu emp-
fangen, obwohl der eingestellte Sender die Funktion TA
nicht unterstützt. Wird auf einem anderen Sender Verkehrs-
funk ausgestrahlt, schaltet das Radio automatisch für die
Dauer der Verkehrsmeldung auf diesen Sender um.
Diese Funktion gilt auch für PTY. Beginnt auf einem anderen
Sender eine Sendung mit dem eingestellten Genre, schaltet
das Radio auf diesen Sender um.
7.6.7 PI (Program Identification)
PI ist eine vierstellige Identifikationszahl der Radiosender, die
eine weltweit eindeutige Identifikation des Senders ermög-
licht.
7.6.8 PS (Program Service Name)
Die Funktion PS überträgt den Namen des empfangenen
Radiosenders im Klartext, so dass dieser im Radiodisplay
angezeigt werden kann.
