Do not connect the player for a long period of time to a laptop computer disconnect-

You have two ways to use the device: By cable or cordless via Bluetooth.

By cable

1. Connectthe3.5mmstereoRCAcabletoanexternalaudiosource.Ifrequired,usea

suitable adapter (not included).

2. InserttheotherendofthecableintotheAUXINjack(3)ontheunit.

3. SwitchthespeakeronbysettingtheAUX/

/OFFswitch(4)to“AUX/ ”.

4. Adjustthevolumeontheaudiosource.Thefunctionbuttonsonthespeakerarenot

operational.

Cordless via Bluetooth

NOTE:

IfanaudiocableisconnectedtotheAUXINjack(3),aconnectionviaBluetoothisnot

possible.

Bluetooth involves a technology for wireless radio connection of devices over a short dis-

tance. Devices with Bluetooth standard are transmitting between 2.402 and 2.480 GHz in

the ISM band (Industrial, Scientiﬁc and Medical). Interferences can however be caused by

WLANs,networks,wirelesstelephones,ormicrowaveovens,forexample,whichoperatein

the same frequency band.
