11.6 Turbo gril et Vapeur
intense successivement
Lorsque vous combinez des fonctions,
vous pouvez cuire de la viande, des lé-
gumes et des accompagnements les uns
après les autres. Tous les plats sont prêts
à être servis en même temps
Utilisez la fonction Turbo gril pour dé-
marrer le rôtissage des aliments.
Placez les légumes et accompagne-
ments préparés dans un récipient
adapté à la cuisson au four puis en-
fournez-les avec la viande.
Laissez refroidir le four à une tempéra-
ture d'environ 80 °C. Pour faire refroi-
dir l'appareil plus rapidement, ouvrez
la porte du four jusqu'à la première
position pendant environ 15 minutes.
Démarrez la fonction Vapeur intense
et cuisez le tout ensemble jusqu'à ce
que les aliments soient prêts.
La quantité d'eau maximale est de
800 ml.
