Mode de cuisson Utilisation
Chaleur Tournante To bake on up to three shelf positions at the same
time and to dry food. Set the temperature 20 - 40
°C lower than for the function: Convection natu-
relle.
Sole Pulsée To bake food on one shelf position for a more in-
tensive browning and a crispy bottom. Set the
temperature 20 - 40 °C lower than for the func-
tion: Convection naturelle.
Convection naturelle Pour cuire et rôtir des aliments sur un seul niveau.
Plats Surgelés Pour rendre croustillants vos plats préparés, tels
que frites, potatoes, nems, etc.
Gril Pour faire griller des aliments peu épais et du
pain.
Turbo Gril Pour cuire des gâteaux à fond croustillant et pour
stériliser des aliments.
Sole Pour cuire des gâteaux à fond croustillant et pour
stériliser des aliments.
Chaleur Tournante Hu-
mide
Pour cuire des pâtisseries dans des moules sur un
seul niveau. Pour économiser de l'énergie en
cours de cuisson. Cette fonction doit être utilisée
en suivant les indications des tableaux de cuisson
afin d'atteindre les résultats de cuisson souhaités.
Pour obtenir plus d'informations sur les réglages
recommandés, reportez-vous aux tableaux de
cuisson. Cette fonction est utilisée pour définir la
classe d'efficacité énergétique selon la norme EN
60350-1.
Durant certaines fonctions,
l'éclairage s'éteint
automatiquement lorsque le

inférieure à 60 °C.
