6.11 Een externe oproep d oorschakelen naar een and ere handset
tDruk tijdens de oproep op
om de externe oproep in de wacht te zetten.
>De intercom start onmiddellijk te rinkelen als er slechts 2 geregistreerde handsets zijn.
>Als er meer dan 2 geregistreerde handsets zijn, zullen de handset nummers die beschikbaar zijn voor
de intercom worden weergegeven.
tDruk op het handset nummer dat u wilt bellen of druk op
om alle handsets te bellen.
Opm erking: Als er geen antwoord is van de handset die u belt of u wenst de intercom oproep te
annuleren voor het wordt beantwoordt, drukt u op
om terug te gaan naar de externe oproep.
tDruk op
op de handset die de oproep ontvangt om te beantwoorden en een gesprek te starten.
tDruk op
op de handset die de oproep maakt om de externe oproep door te schakelen naar de
handset die de oproep ontvangt.
>De externe oproep is doorgeschakeld.
7 TELEFOONBOEK
U kunt max. 200 telefoonnummers opslaan in het telefoonboek. Elk item in het telefoonboek mag bestaan
uit maximaal 24 cijfers voor de telefoonnummers en 12 leestekens voor de naam.
7.1 Een contactpersoon opslaan in het telefoonboek
tDruk vanuit het startscherm op
.
tDruk op
naar “TELE FOON BOEK ” (PHONEBOOK) en druk op om te selecteren.
tDruk op
om “N W E G E G EV EN S” (NEW ENTRY) te selecteren.
>Het display toont “V OER N AAM IN ” (ENTER NAME).
tVoer de naam van het contactpersoon in (maximaal 12 leestekens) via het toetsenbord.
tDruk op
als u een fout maakt om het laatst ingevoerde leesteken te wissen.
tDruk op
om de invoer van de naam te bevestigen.
>Het display toont “V OER N R. IN ” (ENTER NUMBER).
tVoer het nummer van het contactpersoon in (maximaal 24 leestekens).
tDruk op
als u een fout maakt om het laatst ingevoerde cijfer te wissen.
tDruk op
om te bevestigen.
>Een bevestigingstoon wordt weergegeven.
tDruk op
om terug te gaan naar standby.
Opm erking: U kunt geen nummers in het telefoonboek opslaan als het geheugen vol is. In dat geval dient
u eerder ingevoerde nummers te wissen om ruimte te maken voor nieuwe nummers.
7.2 Telefoonboek openen
tDruk vanuit het startscherm op
om het telefoonboek te openen.
tU kunt ook vanuit het startscherm op
drukken, daarna op voor “TELEFOON BOE K ”
(PHONEBOOK). Druk dan op
en voor “B ELLIJST” (VIEW ENTRIES), en druk dan op
om het telefoonboek te openen.
>De lijst in het telefoonboek wordt in alfabetische volgorde getoond.
tDruk op
om door de lijst te bladeren.
tDruk op
P
om de details van de geselecteerde item te bekijken.
tDruk op
om terug te gaan naar standby.
Opm erking: In plaats van met
naar een item in het telefoonboek te gaan, kunt u ook op de
cijfertoets drukken corresponderend met de eerste letter van de naam die u zoekt.
Door bijvoorbeeld te drukken op 2 ziet u de invoerwaarden die beginnen met A. Door opnieuw te drukken
op 2 ziet u de invoerwaarden die beginnen met B, etc. Druk dan op
om de gewenste naam te
vinden.
