4. Esté quieto, calmado y en reposo durante 5 minutos antes de la medición de presión sanguí-
nea.
5. Mantenga limpio el brazalete. Si el brazalete se ensucia, sáquelo del monitor y límpielo a mano
con un detergente suave, y enjuáguelo por completo en agua fría. No seque nunca el brazalete
con una secadora o una plancha. Se recomienda limpiar el brazalete tras cada 200 usos.
5. POSTURA CORPORAL DURANTE LA MEDICIÓN
Medición sentado cómodamente
a. Siéntese con los pies asentados en el suelo, y evite cruzar las piernas.
b. Coloque la palma hacia arriba delante de usted sobre una superficie
plana, como una mesa.
c. El centro del brazalete debe estar al nivel de la aurícula derecha del
corazón.
6. TOMA DE LA LECTURA DE PRESIÓN SANGUÍNEA
a. Tras colocar el brazalente, con el cuerpo en una posición cómoda, pulse el botón “START”.
Escuchará un pitido y se mostrarán todos los caracteres de la pantalla como comprobación.
Consulte la fig. 6. Contacte con el centro de servicio si falta una sección.
b. Parpadeará el banco de memoria actual (U1 o U2). Consulte la fig. 6-1. Pulse el botón “MEM”
para cambiar al otro banco. Consulte la fig. 6-2. Confirme su selección pulsando el botón
“START”. El banco actual se confirmará automáticamente pasados 5 segundos sin acción.
