Fugtig varmluft
Denne funktion er beregnet til at spare energi under madlavning. Når du
bruger denne funktion, kan temperaturen i ovnrummet variere fra den ind‐
stillede temperatur. Restvarmen anvendes. Varmeeffekten kan blive redu‐
ceret. Få flere oplysninger i kapitlet "Daglig brug", Bemærkninger til: Fug‐

Brug damp til dampning, kogning, let skorpedannelse, bagning og steg‐
ning.
Opvarmning med
damp
Genopvarmning af mad med damp forhindrer udtørring af overfladen. Var‐
me fordeles på en mild og jævn måde, hvilket giver mulighed for at gen‐
danne madens smag og aroma, som da den blev tilberedt. Denne funktion
kan bruges til genopvarmning af maden direkte på en tallerken. Du kan
genopvarme flere tallerkener ad gangen ved at bruge flere ovnribber.
Brød
Brug denne funktion til at bage brød og småt gærbrød med en sprødhed,
farve og glans, som var de bagt af en professionel bager.
Hævning af dej
For at mindske tiden for hævning af gærdej. Det forhindrer, at dejoverfla‐
den bliver tør og holder dejen elastisk.
Fuld damp
Til dampning af grøntsager, tilbehør eller fisk
Fugtighed høj
Funktionen er egnet til at tilberede lækre retter som creme, flan, terrine og
fisk.
Fugtighed lav
Funktionen er egnet til kød, fjerkræ, ovnretter og sammenkogte retter.
Takket være kombinationen af damp og varme får kød en mør og saftig
konsistens og en sprød skorpe.
